The future of industrial transformation is here, and our portfolio teams are at the forefront. We invite you to join them at the Hannover Messe, the world's leading trade fair for the manufacturing industry. Discover how our ventures are pioneering solutions that make factories smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.

Bosch Digital Twin Industries: Revolutionizing Industrial Efficiency

In a powerful collaboration, the team from Bosch Digital Twin Industries and Pepperl+Fuchs are showcasing their co-developed Digital Twin Starter Kit. This innovative solution is designed to optimize industrial machinery with unprecedented ease and intelligence.

What they're showcasing:

Together the companies have co-developed a solution to optimize industrial blowers and fans that addresses common challenges like mechanical wear and excessive energy consumption. Precise sensors from Pepperl+Fuchs capture real-time data on vibration and airflow, which is analyzed by Bosch's AI-powered cloud platform. This enables predictive maintenance to prevent downtime and intelligently controls fan speed to significantly reduce energy costs, ensuring peak operational efficiency.

For centrifugal pumps the joint Digital Twin Starter Kit offers intelligent condition monitoring to prevent costly, unplanned failures. By continuously tracking key parameters the system uses AI to detect early signs of wear and potential issues like cavitation. This allows for proactive maintenance planning, which extends the pump's lifespan, maximizes plant availability, and lowers overall operational expenses.

Bosch Industrial Additive Manufacturing: Industry-Ready 3D Printing

Step into the future of manufacturing with Bosch Industrial Additive Manufacturing. The team has developed an advanced pellet printer that creates plastic components with mechanical strength nearly identical to injection molding. This makes it possible for the first time to produce prototypes that can already be used for installation tests, as functional prototypes, or in small series.
